Perfinger collects only the data strictly necessary to operate the service: - Email address (subscription access) - Access key - Technical logs - Optional creator / rights holder names entered voluntarily
Images and videos submitted are processed temporarily for fingerprint generation and similarity analysis. No permanent storage is performed. Generated PDF certificates are not archived by Perfinger.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Perfinger does not store or access banking data.
Access and subscription data are retained for the duration of the subscription and for a maximum of 5 years after termination for accounting and legal compliance purposes.
Processing of personal data is based on: - Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – Processing necessary for contract performance (subscription access). - Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – Legitimate interest (service security and technical logs).
Users have the right to: - Access their personal data - Rectify inaccurate data - Request deletion - Request restriction of processing - Request data portability - Lodge a complaint with the CNIL (France) Requests may be sent to contact@perfinger.com.
Perfinger does not use marketing or tracking cookies. Only strictly necessary technical cookies may be used for authentication and session security.
